Who We Are

Dale Olm DVM and Shelby Riddle DVM are a husband and wife veterinary team. They have been in practice since graduating from Cornell University in 1986. They opened Southampton Pet Hospital in Benicia in 1992. They see DOGS, CATS, RABBITS and POCKET PETS.

Dr. Riddle completed an internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City and practiced in Manhattan in general practice, emergency medicine and surgery before relocating to the Bay Area. Dr. Riddle is certified in veterinary acupuncture with the Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and in veterinary spinal manipulation therapy with the Healing Oasis Wellness Center, an American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA) approved Animal Chiropractic Program. Dr. Riddle is also a member of the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) and the American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture (AAVA).

Dr. Olm also practiced general medicine and surgery in Manhattan before relocating to the Bay Area with Dr. Riddle. Dr. Olm is certified in veterinary acupuncture by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) and is a charter member of the American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture (AAVA). He has advanced training in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and herbology through IVAS, AAVA and the Chi Institute of Chinese Veterinary Medicine.
